Great opportunity - for this varied and challenging role, we are looking for a candidate with experience of designing and delivering soft-skills training to pan-European participants. The successful candidate will have worked for an International commercial Company (ideally but not necessarily high tech) and will have an engaging and charismatic style of presenting.

Regular travel will be a feature of this role and you will have the experience to design and deliver a range of soft-skills and leadership training in the UK and across Europe. You will coordinate with Line Managers to identify and meet training needs, design new courses and provide enhancements to existing courses, providing career development advice and support, developing a competency framework and having oversight of senior and middle management programmes.

As well as salary package, the role offers a good benefits package including bonus, pension and stock options.
