Our client are an established market leader in supply chain management & asset management software for extended global chain.
They are privately owned company with headquarters in Berkshire & product deployments across EMEA & APAC.
This role provides Customer Solutions lines in support of product & service delivery.Acting as the leader for the Customer Solutions team & for provision of service delivery.Implement effective policies,standards,processes & tools across the service delivery function.
You must demonstrate strong leadership qualities running teams in excess of 10-15 people,together with sound technical know- how in areas such database management.Prior to current Operational Management experience,it is likely you will have come from a Project Mgnt.background.
Ideally you will have worked in the Supply Chain/Asset Mgnt space.
