Job Description

A Chef de Partie is required at this beautiful hotel located in the heart of Oxfordshire. The property are recruiting to enhance and strengthen their existing brigade. The hotel has over 30 rooms, an award winning 50+ cover restaurant and small private dining facilities.

The Role:- Join the new head chef in building a innovative and award winning kitcheb. As part of thisbrigade you will be required to run yoursection efficiently and professionally. You will be responsible for assisting in the training of Junior Chefs to develop their skills and to work quickly and calmly whilst promoting good working relations within the kitchen.

Qualification/Experience:- The ideal candidatecould be a Demi Chef de Partie looking to progress to a senior position within a rosette accredited property. All applicants will require previous experience within a rosette accredited properties and have a good all round knowledge of all sections of the kitchen. You will require a passion and creativity with food and a track record of obtaining and maintaining the highest of standards.
