Job Description
Concept Care is a CQC registered domiciliary care agency, supplying live-in carers to support service users in their own homes.
One of our clients in High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire requires live-in carers to look after adults with learning disabilities, mental health problems and challenging behaviour.
Do you have the following key skills?
Good understanding of the needs of service users with a learning disability
Experience in mental health and challenging behaviour
Medication Administration training
Good verbal and written communication skills
Ability to use your own initiative
Ability to work alongside permanent staff and management to provide quality care and support
Ability to keep the boundaries between you and service users and remain professional at all times
Computer literate
Mandatory training courses completed
Professional and flexible approach to work
NVQ qualification desirable
