Job Description

A position has become available for a Registered General Nurse (RGN) in Buckinghamshire to work at a medium sized nursing home that caters for elderly residents as well as residents that are suffering from Dementia.The Role36 hours/weekAssess residents care needs, and provide health supervision and direct nursing care Work within NMC guidelines & company policyAccurately review and maintain records on a daily and periodic basisAdminister prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Participate in Staff and Client meetings Company\'s procedure and NMC guidelinesSupervise and instruct junior and new staff membersThe Candidate Must:Live in the United KingdomBe a qualified RGNBe able to demonstrate a proven track record within a nursing environmentShow understanding of the NMC code of conduct Complete satisfactory, References, POVA and CRB checks Must be able to work on own initiative.
