My client is one of the UK\'s largest care, nursing and specialist home providers. They have just secured a new service contract to provide intermediary care for people with mental health needs.

They are looking for an experienced RMN to join their team as the Unit Leader. They are paying an hourly rate of £12.45, which equates to £23370 - £27265 depending on the contracted hours (between 36-42).

The existing home has 102 residents and is currently rated 2* by CQC.
