Job Role- Local Lead Nurse Territory- Oxfordshire, Berkshire & HampshireProducts- Intravenous TherapiesSalary- Up to £37,000 Plus excellent bonus and benefits package!Company Info- Our Client is a leading global company, there products and services are placed within almost every hospital within the UK. Some of the products they specialise in include immunoglobulin, blood transfusion and critical care. The Role- Our Client is currently recruiting for a Local Lead Nurse to work within our clients Homecare division; the potential candidate will take on the managerial and operations functions for intravenous therapies across the Oxfordshire, Berkshire and Hampshire localities.Responsibilities- •To take managerial and operational responsibility for nursing across the region•Liaise with Managers, Referral Units, and Nurses to ensure strategic business objectives are achieved.•Take an active role in the nurse recruitment process•Participate in business development and reviewing process•Organise and co-ordinate nurse meetings and training sessions•Provide training to multidisciplinary homecare team, and external healthcare professionals •Participate on providing on-cal nursing support to patients•To provide nursing support and training to patients to allow them to self administer medicines•Ensure Homecare nurses are providing administrative data on key KOL\'s.Key Skills and Experience - Candidate will ideally have the following:•Current nurse registration•Two years post registration Experience•Experience working with IV therapy•Previous experience managing nursing teams•Experience working with patients with long term illnesses If you are interested in this vacancy please contact Paula on or email Please note if you have not heard within 7 days your application has been unsuccessful at this time.IHS & SSC is a recruitment agency.
